Yeka Onka is the winner of the first Nigerian idol. The purpose driven 27 year old songwriter/model believes that passion is the wing of ambition,her journey to fame began with her passion to sing and she didn’t give up even after been rejected at different audition venue until her vocal prowess was recognised.
Yeka is basically an Rnb/pop singer but her love for music has made her very adventurous as she explores diFferent genres of music such as Highlife,Funky house,soul etc. Since after winning Nigerian idol she’s been recording, touring and honing her skills. She has performed in the UK on the same stage with Shalama,Sony international conference in Dubai, Etisalat cliqfest across the nation and lots of other shows. Yeka is ready to be unleashed into the music industry with her spanking new single.
