Presently poised as the next big thing in the rap terrain with the release of her latest offering “Slow” already enjoying massive radio airplay in Nigeria, Ms chief says she is more than ready to take over the Nigerian music scene with her unique style of rap.
Signed to BeatBuxx360 management, Mschief’s new single reveals that she is a diverse artiste with versatility that is second to none. And with the release of the labels mixtape “Recognize”, Mschief shows that in a male dominated industry, she can survive.
The accounting graduate of the University of Lagos says that her upcoming EP will show that she has a lot to offer lovers of good music with songs that reveal the intelligence of a natural songwriter.
Born Opeyemi Hassan, 22 year old Mschief started her career at the age of 16, but only released her first single in October 2011 and immediately rose to become one of Nigeria's fastest rising Female Rappers with the release of her first single "Wanting" ft Ex-O
She has since then gone on to work with a couple of well known artistes in the industry like Wizkid, Skales, Ace ThaEmcee, Teeto Ceemos, Jberg, Yemi Alade, Zara,Xii gage and Kel.
With two singles already rocking radio land (That Girl Feat Wizkid and Wanting featuring Yemi Alade, Kel and Zara) and a video (for Slow) already on the way, Ms. Chief says she’s grabbing 2012 with both arms, putting her best foot forward to make sure she records a spectacular outing before this year runs out.
