Emeka Momah a.k.a Emeczy was born in Arlington, Virginia to Nigerian Parents who hail from Nnewi-North, Anambra State.
Emeka attended Nigerian Military School , Zaria in Kaduna state where he received rigorous training for six years.
Emeczy, as his friends called him back then, started rhyming at the age of 11. He actively participated in
extra curricula activities; Interactive clubs that saw him competing and acquiring the reputation of a show stopper amongst his peers.
He is no stranger to the big screen, he was discovered in the late 80’s by super Producer, Phillip Trimnell . He subsequently appeared on numerous Nigerian TV commercials and made special guest appearances on popular TV series, Majek Fashek's music video and other videos on the local scene.
Emeczy's biggest influences are Micheal Jackson, Notorious B.I.G, Tupac, Nas, Jay-Z , M.I, Ice Prince to mention a few. His deep rooted Lyrics and passion for Music is evident in his eclectic rap style.
